Shell and Starfish wreath!

I needed a way to spice up the wall in our downstairs bathroom with out adding another frame and this wreath is exactly what it needed! It was so easy, I got everything I needed from Michaels and put this wreath together in about 25 minutes :) Things you need: - Twig wreath - Shells (I bought a 5 pack of shell necklaces) - Starfish - Netting - Hot glue gun - Scissors - Command hook
The first step is going to be to cut the shell necklaces in half and tie off the ends. Then wrap your shells around the wreath. I hot glued the ends under a couple of the twigs on the back side to ensure they wouldn't come un-done.
After you get all your shells wrapped around and glued, turn your wreath onto the front so you are able to work on the backside. Now it's time to cut the netting. I laid the netting over the back of the wreath and cut around it to get the right shape and size. Now push the netting inside and between the twigs and hot glue that down. Your wreath should look like this -
Now it's time to add the starfish! I put the bigger ones on the wreath itself so it wouldn't weigh down the netting to much and then added the small starfish onto the netting. (I secured the starfish by putting a tiny amount of hot glue on the back of them and gently pressing them down onto the wreath/netting) And voila you're done! Looks so adorable and completely transforms the small bathroom!!
